Born in Koper/Slovenia in 1978. In 2003 he received his B.A. in art edu­ca­tion and today works as a teacher at the Art Gymnasium in Koper. He’s been a devot­ed car­toon­ist since 1998: dur­ing this time he has tried his hand at a vari­ety of gen­res, rang­ing from auto­bi­o­graph­i­cal nar­ra­tives and satire to more humor­ous pieces and even a his­tori­co-doc­u­men­tary strip Porečanka (The Poreč Line). Furthermore, he pos­sess­es a broad range of styl­is­tic expres­sion. As most comics authors, ‘Koco’ divides his time between com­ic books, illus­tra­tion and design, and also does ani­ma­tion and music.
