1980 in Târgu Mureş / Romania. Studied Ceramics at the Academy of Arts and Design – Cluj-Napoca. After grad­u­a­tion, she began a self-train­ing process to become an ani­ma­tor along­side doing comics and illus­tra­tion. She lived and worked for a cou­ple of years in Bucharest doing art direc­tion and ani­ma­tion for sev­er­al TV pro­duc­tions and music videos, and also co-found­ed the Japan-influ­enced comics mag­a­zine Otaku. After mov­ing to Germany, she stud­ied Animation at the Filmuniversity Babelsberg, receiv­ing her BA in 2017. Her clay­ma­tion short film “Love Me, Fear Me” has won numer­ous inter­na­tion­al awards and is still in the fes­ti­vals circuit.
