Beopolis is a book­store and, at the same time, a com­ic store, opened in 1999, in Belgrade, in coop­er­a­tion with the mag­a­zine Striper. The book­store soon became a place of youth gath­er­ing, who brought and exchanged their fanzines, stay­ing for hours draw­ing and read­ing. Beopolis is still the only book­store in the city which offers a wide range of comics and fanzines.
