Since 2007, Symposion, a lit­er­ary mag­a­zine in Hungarian and Serbian, has been pub­lished once a year in Subotica. The bilin­gual char­ac­ter of the mag­a­zine encour­ages coop­er­a­tion among the authors of texts, illus­tra­tions and comics of var­i­ous gen­er­a­tions from the region, and it widens the read­ing audi­ence. Symposion is a fusion of text and pic­ture. Each edi­tion deals with a new sub­ject, while authors freely and inde­pen­dent­ly con­ceive their work.
